Savavet Toxo Mox Dry Syrup contains Amoxicillin Trihydrate 200mg + Clavulanic Acid 28.5mg per 5ml — a broad-spectrum co-amoxiclav antibiotic combination for dogs and cats. Amoxicillin kills bacteria by blocking the synthesis of peptidoglycan, the structural protein that holds bacterial cell walls together. Without it, bacteria cannot maintain their structure and die. Clavulanic acid blocks β-lactamase — an enzyme many bacteria produce specifically to destroy amoxicillin. Together, the combination remains effective against β-lactamase-resistant bacterial strains that would resist amoxicillin alone.

The resulting suspension should be refrigerated immediately and discarded after 7 days. Do not store at room temperature after reconstitution. Shake well before each dose.
